Partner Yoga

Partner Yoga practiced by two people working together to support each other in poses. It combines traditional yoga postures with elements of trust communication, and connection. By using each other's body weight and balance, partners can deepen stretches, improve alignment, and explore poses in a new way. Partner Yoga can be playful or meditative and is often used to build physical strength and balance by working together. Whether between friends or couples and energetic connection is created.
