Yoga on Deck
Hot or Warm yoga is a specific style consisting of a fixed sequence of 26 postures held for 30 or 60 seconds and two breathing exercises practiced in a warm environment, in this case on deck in the sun . Classes can be 60 or 90 minutes and are designed to systematically work every part of the body, promoting strength, flexibilty, balance and detoxification, the heat allows for deeper stretching and helps prevent injury, while also encouraging the body to sweat out toxins. its a disciplined, structured practice suitable for all levels, but especially appealing to those who enjoy a consistent routine and physical challenge.
